Consequently, we have no paper catalogs that have to be sent out over and over and over, wasting an incredible amount of paper. Nor do we have a brick and mortar storefront. As a result, we're completely virtual. We process all of our orders electronically. Due to these resource constraints, we prefer to answer your questions electronically as well. Our highest priority is to make sure all of your orders get processed on time and as promised. Handling your questions and concerns via email allows us to process your orders more efficiently.

At the same time, we recognize that we are far more than a company that helps fundraising groups sell energy saving and environmentally friendly products. We are a resource for people like you, who are trying to make the everyday aspects of your lives a little more green. If you have questions about going green and the products you are interested in buying, we want to be here for you, and hear from you. So, if you don't like a product for any reason, you are encouraged to send it back for a full refund (minus shipping) within 15 days. You need to contact us or call (888-240-8488) first to receive a Return Authorization. All returned items require a Return Authorization. If an item is defective or damaged, we will refund the original shipping cost as well, and pay to have it returned to us. Returned items must be in resalable condition, and must be returned with the original carton, packaging and receipt. Electronic items such as CFL's and batteries can be exchanged only.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

In the unfortunate instance that your product does not arrive in the time frame expected please wait seven days to notify us. We will then file a tracer with the carrier. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied, or a refund issued at your option. You can check the status of your delivery through the notification sent to you by the shipper, or call us and we can track it for you.

Mail Ordered Damaged Merchandise

If a package you receive is clearly damaged please contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise, for example your local FedEx or United Postal Service (UPS) office. Require UPS, or whoever the shipper was, to return the merchandise to us. If your package was sent to you by the US Postal Service please contact us directly for instructions.. Retain all packaging and contact us at (888) 240-8488.

Special Holiday and Seasonal LED Lighting Polices, PLEASE READ:

Holiday LED Lighting Warranty

The Holiday LED Lights you are purchasing are among the best in the industry. However, they are designed for seasonal use. Consequently they are covered by a Three Year Limited Seasonal Use Warranty. Should your lights fail within one year from your purchase with ECOmmitted.com you may exchange them with us by contacting us and requesting a return authorization. If they fail after the first year from the date of purchase, they may be shipped directly to the manufacturer, along with proof of purchase. They (at their discretion) will replace them with a comparable set or refund the purchase. This warranty is not valid if your lights are damaged resulting from accident, alteration or misuse. The warranty is valid only for the LED light and specifically excludes the electrical wiring. If you need a copy of your invoice please contacting us. Manufacturer warranty claims may be mailed to: Holiday Creations, Customer Service Department, 5161 E. Arapahoe Road #330, Centennial, CO 80122.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order please email us right away through our contact page. We'll do our best to catch it before it goes. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be refunded the amount of your order less shipping. If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please email us from our contact page.

Holiday Lighting Return Policy: As is our normal policy we will except returns within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us for a return authorization. However, shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective. Additionally, (this is important) we can not accept returns that have been unpacked or installed.

Important Note: Lights purchased for the Christmas Season will not be accepted for return after December 24th even if it is within the 15 day return time policy. In the instance of a defective product, only the defective product may be returned.

Clearance, Closeout items: We may offer some of our Holiday Lighting products at Clearance or Closeout during and after the Holiday season. These discount purchases are final and may not be returned.

Shipping Policy

If your fundraising group has elected to have items shipped directly, we will ensure the fastest delivery of goods to you and ship your ECOmmitted.com order by: FEDEX, UPS or the US Postal Service, whichever is most efficient in the circumstance. ECOmmitted.com reserves the right to change its shipping policies. ECOmmitted.com may occasionally run special promotions for FREE SHIPPING, but our standard shipping policies are as follows:

$.01 to $14.99 incur $5.00 shipping charge
$15.00 to $39.99 incur $7.00 shipping charge
$40.00 to $69.99 incur $8.00 shipping charge
$70.00 to $89.99 incur $9.00 shipping charge

$90.00 to 119,99 incur $10.00 shipping charge
$120 and above incur $12.00 shipping charge

Packages shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $5.00 shipping surcharge for up to 3 pounds, $8.00 for up to 6 pounds and $10.00 for up to 10 pounds. Higher weights will be quoted directly to customer.
